आत्मा में ही शांति का अनुभव होता है।


Peace arises where mind is fully restrained.

श्लोक / Verse

यत्रोपरमते चित्तं निरुद्धं योगसेवया ।
यत्र चैवात्मनात्मानं पश्यन्नात्मनि तुष्यति ॥

भावार्थ

अर्थात

जहां चित्त और मन पूर्ण रूप से शांत होते हैं और योग साधना से आत्मा में आनंद प्राप्त होता है, वहां आत्म-साक्षात्कार होता है।

मतलब

जहाँ मन योगाभ्यास से शांत हो जाता है और व्यक्ति अपने ही आत्मा में आत्मा को देखकर संतुष्ट होता है, वही सच्ची अवस्था है।

इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि

आत्म-ज्ञान से ही पूर्ण संतोष मिलता है।

Deeper Understanding

Meaning

Where the mind is fully controlled through yoga and the yogi is content in the self by self-realization, true peace is attained.

Explanation

When the mind is completely still due to yoga practice and the soul enjoys itself in self-knowledge, that is true realization.

This teaches us that

Self-realization and inner contentment bring perfect peace.
