धीरे-धीरे मन को जीतो।


Gradual control of the mind leads to freedom.

श्लोक / Verse

शनैः शनैरुपरमेद्बुद्ध्या धृतिगृहीतया ।
आत्मसंस्थं मनः कृत्वा न किञ्चिदपि चिन्तयेत् ॥

भावार्थ

अर्थात

व्यक्ति को धीरे-धीरे, बुद्धि और धैर्य से आत्म-संयम और ध्यान की स्थिति में पहुंचना चाहिए, जिससे वह किसी भी बाहरी विचार से प्रभावित न हो।

मतलब

धैर्य और बुद्धि के साथ धीरे-धीरे मन को वश में करना चाहिए और आत्मा को स्थिर कर देना चाहिए, फिर कोई चिंता नहीं रहती।

इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि

ध्यान में सफलता धीरे-धीरे मिलती है, धैर्य जरूरी है।
