सुख भीतर है, बाहर नहीं।


True yogi is inwardly happy.

श्लोक / Verse

योऽन्तःसुखोऽन्तरारामस्तथान्तर्ज्योतिरेव यः ।
स योगी ब्रह्मनिर्वाणं ब्रह्मभूतोऽधिगच्छति ॥

भावार्थ

अर्थात

जो व्यक्ति अपने अंदर सुखी और आनंदित रहता है, वही योगी ब्रह्मा की स्थिति को प्राप्त करता है और ब्रह्म के साथ एक हो जाता है।

मतलब

जो भीतर से सुखी है, भीतर ही रमण करता है और भीतर ही ज्योति देखता है, वह योगी ब्रह्म में लीन होकर मोक्ष को प्राप्त करता है।

इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि

आंतरिक सुख और आत्मज्ञान से ही मोक्ष संभव है।

Deeper Understanding

Meaning

A yogi who finds inner joy and light within, free from external distractions, attains Brahman and liberation.

Explanation

One who is internally content, dwelling in inner light without dependence on external things, attains supreme union with God (Brahman).

This teaches us that

Inner joy and knowledge lead to liberation.
