जो अच्छा किया गया है, वही सही रास्ता है।

What is done by the wise is the right way to follow.

श्लोक / Verse

एवं ज्ञात्वा कृतं कर्म पूर्वैरपि मुमुक्षुभिः ।
कुरु कर्मैव तस्मात्त्वं पूर्वैः पूर्वतरं कृतम् ॥

भावार्थ

अर्थात

इस प्रकार जानकर, पहले के मुमुक्षुओं द्वारा किए गए कर्मों के अनुसार ही, तुम भी कर्म करो।

मतलब

जो लोग पहले से ही इस जीवन के उद्देश्य को समझते हुए काम करते आए हैं, तुम्हें भी वही काम करना चाहिए। तुम्हें उनके मार्ग पर चलना चाहिए, ताकि तुम भी अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त कर सको।

इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि

हमें अपने आदर्शों और सच्चे मार्ग पर चलकर अच्छे काम करने चाहिए, जैसे अच्छे लोग पहले से करते आए हैं।
