श्लोक / Verse
नानवाप्तमवाप्तव्यं वर्त एव च कर्मणि ॥
भावार्थ
अर्थात
हे पार्थ! तीनों लोकों में मेरा कोई कर्तव्य शेष नहीं है, फिर भी मैं कर्म में लगा रहता हूँ।
मतलब
भगवान को तीनों लोकों में कुछ भी पाना नहीं है, फिर भी वे कर्म करते हैं ताकि संसार का संतुलन बना रहे।
इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि
श्रेष्ठ व्यक्ति दूसरों के हित के लिए कर्म करता है।

O Partha! In the three worlds, I have no duty left, yet I remain engaged in action.
Explanation
Lord Krishna says he has no personal duty to fulfill in any of the three worlds, but he acts to maintain the cosmic balance.
This teaches us that
A great person acts selflessly for the welfare of others.
