कर्म यज्ञ भावना से करो।

Dedicate actions as sacrifice to be freed from bondage.

श्लोक / Verse

यज्ञार्थात्कर्मणोऽन्यत्र लोकोऽयं कर्मबन्धनः ।
तदर्थं कर्म कौन्तेय मुक्तसङ्गः समाचर ॥

भावार्थ

अर्थात

इस संसार में कर्मों से बंधन है, लेकिन यदि कर्म यज्ञ के लिए किए जाएं, तो वे मुक्त कर देते हैं। अतः तुम कर्मों को यज्ञ के रूप में करो।

मतलब

हे कौन्तेय! यज्ञ के लिए किए गए कर्म ही बंधन से मुक्त करते हैं। अन्यथा सारे कर्म इस संसार में बंधन का कारण बनते हैं।

इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि

हर कार्य को ईश्वर को समर्पित भावना से करना चाहिए।
