यज्ञभाव से कर्म ही सबसे श्रेष्ठ है।

श्लोक / Verse

सहयज्ञाः प्रजाः सृष्ट्वा पुरोवाच प्रजापतिः ।
अनेन प्रसविष्यध्वमेष वोऽस्त्विष्टकामधुक् ॥

भावार्थ

अर्थात

प्रजापति ने प्रजा को उत्पन्न करके कहा: "आप लोग इस यज्ञ द्वारा अपनी इच्छाओं की प्राप्ति करें।"

मतलब

सृष्टि के प्रारंभ में ब्रह्माजी ने यज्ञ सहित प्रजा रची और कहा — इससे तुम फल प्राप्त करोगे, यह तुम्हारी इच्छाएँ पूर्ण करेगा।

इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि

यज्ञ भाव से कर्म करना ही सृष्टि का आधार है।

Meaning

At the beginning of creation, the Lord of creatures created beings and declared that this sacrifice is the means to fulfill your desires.

Explanation

Brahma created humans and told them to fulfill desires by performing actions as sacrifice (yajna).

This teaches us that

Acting with the spirit of sacrifice is the foundation of the universe and highest practice.
