नाम और इज्जत बहुत कीमती होती है।

श्लोक / Verse
सम्भावितस्य चाकीर्तिर्मरणादतिरिच्यते ॥
भावार्थ
अर्थात
लोग सदा आपकी निंदा करेंगे, और सम्मानित व्यक्ति के लिए अपकीर्ति मृत्यु से भी अधिक पीड़ादायक होती है।
मतलब
अगर तुम अच्छा काम नहीं करोगे, तो लोग हमेशा तुम्हारी बुराई करेंगे। इज्जत वाला इंसान अपनी बदनामी को मौत से भी बुरा समझता है।
इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि
अपनी इज्जत को बचाने के लिए हमेशा सही काम करो।
