श्लोक / Verse

रसोऽहमप्सु कौन्तेय प्रभास्मि शशिसूर्ययोः ।
प्रणवः सर्ववेदेषु शब्दः खे पौरुषं नृषु ॥

भावार्थ

अर्थात

मैं जल में रस हूं, चंद्रमा और सूर्य में प्रभा हूं, और वेदों में प्रणव हूं, आकाश में शब्द हूं, और मनुष्यों में वीरता हूं।

मतलब

भगवान जल में रस, सूर्य-चंद्र में प्रकाश, वेदों में 'ॐ', आकाश में शब्द और मनुष्यों में पराक्रम के रूप में हैं। इसका अर्थ है कि ईश्वर हर तत्व में समाए हुए हैं।

इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि

हमें हर जगह भगवान की उपस्थिति को पहचानना चाहिए।
