श्लोक / Verse
युक्त इत्युच्यते योगी समलोष्टाश्मकाञ्चनः ॥
भावार्थ
अर्थात
जो व्यक्ति ज्ञान और विज्ञान से संतुष्ट है, और जिनकी इंद्रियां नियंत्रित हैं, उन्हें योगी कहा जाता है, जो पत्थर, रत्न या सोने के समान हर चीज में समान दृष्टि रखते हैं।
मतलब
जो व्यक्ति ज्ञान और विज्ञान से संतुष्ट रहता है, जिसके मन और इन्द्रियाँ नियंत्रित होती हैं, वह योगी कहलाता है। वह व्यक्ति पत्थर, कांच और सोने को एक जैसा समझता है और सब चीज़ों में समान दृष्टि रखता है।
इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि
जो व्यक्ति अपने अंदर के ज्ञान से संतुष्ट होता है और सभी चीज़ों को समान दृष्टि से देखता है, वह सच्चा योगी होता है।

One who is content with knowledge and wisdom, whose senses are controlled, is called a yogi; such a person sees all things alike, like stone, crystal, and gold.
Explanation
A yogi is one who is satisfied with wisdom and whose mind and senses are under control. They see everything with equal vision, whether it is stone, glass, or gold.
