श्लोक / Verse

प्रशान्तमनसं ह्येनं योगिनं सुखमुत्तमम् ।
उपैति शान्तरजसं ब्रह्मभूतमकल्मषम् ॥

भावार्थ

अर्थात

जो योगी शांति और राग-द्वेष से मुक्त होते हुए ब्रह्म का अनुभव करते हैं, वह उत्तम सुख प्राप्त करते हैं।

मतलब

शांत चित्त वाला योगी, जिसकी रजोगुण शान्त हो गई है और जो पापरहित ब्रह्मस्वरूप बन गया है – वह परम सुख को प्राप्त करता है।

इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि

आत्मिक शांति ही श्रेष्ठतम सुख है।

Deeper Understanding

Meaning

The yogi whose mind is tranquil, free from passion and impurity, having become one with Brahman experiences the highest happiness.

Explanation

The calm yogi, freed from desires and impurities and having attained the Essence (Brahman), attains the ultimate bliss.

This teaches us that

Inner peace and spiritual union constitute the greatest happiness and fulfillment.
