मुख्य भाव / Key Thought

सच्चा सुख वह है जो फिर कभी खोया न जाए।


Lasting joy is contentment with one supreme gain.

श्लोक / Verse

यं लब्ध्वा चापरं लाभं मन्यते नाधिकं ततः ।
यस्मिन्स्थितो न दुःखेन गुरुणापि विचाल्यते ॥

भावार्थ

अर्थात

जो व्यक्ति किसी एक लक्ष्य को प्राप्त कर उससे अधिक की कामना नहीं करता, और जो किसी भी प्रकार के दुख से विचलित नहीं होता, वह संतुष्ट रहता है।

मतलब

जो एक बार उसे (ईश्वर को) पा लेता है, वह फिर किसी और लाभ को श्रेष्ठ नहीं मानता और भयंकर दुःख भी उसे विचलित नहीं करते।

इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि

ईश्वर-साक्षात्कार ही स्थायी आनंद है।

Deeper Understanding

Meaning

One who attains and is content with the supreme state, who desires no further gain and is not disturbed by great suffering, is fulfilled.

Explanation

A person satisfied with supreme realization, who seeks no other gain and is not shaken even by the greatest pain, knows true joy.

This teaches us that

Union with the Divine is the ultimate and everlasting joy.
