श्लोक / Verse

कामक्रोधवियुक्तानां यतीनां यतचेतसाम् ।
अभितो ब्रह्मनिर्वाणं वर्तते विदितात्मनाम् ॥

भावार्थ

अर्थात

जो योगी काम और क्रोध से मुक्त होते हैं और जिनका चित्त स्थिर होता है, उनके चारों ओर ब्रह्मनिर्वाण (मुक्ति) होता है।

मतलब

जो लोग अपनी इच्छाओं और गुस्से से मुक्त होते हैं और जिनका मन पूरी तरह से एकाग्र होता है, उनके पास भगवान का ज्ञान होता है। वे आत्मज्ञान प्राप्त कर, ब्रह्म की ओर बढ़ते हैं।

इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि

अगर हम अपनी इच्छाओं और गुस्से पर काबू पा लें, तो हम अपने जीवन में शांति और सच्चे ज्ञान को पा सकते हैं।

Explanation

Yogis who have conquered desire and anger, whose minds are focused and stable, are enveloped in liberation and closeness to God.
