धर्म रक्षा से ही कुल रक्षा संभव है।

श्लोक / Verse
पतन्ति पितरो ह्येषां लुप्तपिण्डोदकक्रियाः ॥
भावार्थ
अर्थात
जिनके परिवार में संकर होता है (कुलघातक कर्म), उनके पितर पिंडदान और जलक्रिया से वंचित रहते हैं और वे नरक में जाते हैं।
मतलब
कुल का नाश करने से वंश परंपरा बिगड़ती है और पूर्वज भी पिंडदान से वंचित होकर पतित होते हैं।
इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि
अधर्म केवल वर्तमान को नहीं, अतीत और भविष्य दोनों को प्रभावित करता है।
