श्लोक / Verse
यस्त्वात्मरतिरेव स्यादात्मतृप्तश्च मानवः ।
आत्मन्येव च सन्तुष्टस्तस्य कार्यं न विद्यते ॥
आत्मन्येव च सन्तुष्टस्तस्य कार्यं न विद्यते ॥
भावार्थ
अर्थात
जो व्यक्ति आत्म-सुख में तृप्त रहता है, वह किसी बाहरी कार्य का इच्छुक नहीं होता।
मतलब
जो मनुष्य अपने में ही आनंदित और संतुष्ट रहता है, उसके लिए कोई विशेष कार्य शेष नहीं होता।
इससे हमें यह सीख मिलती है कि
आत्मसंतोष ही परम लक्ष्य है।

Meaning
One who delights in the self alone and is satisfied within requires no external accomplishments or tasks.
Explanation
A person fully content and joyful in their own self has no worldly desires or undertakings left to fulfill.
This teaches us that
Self-satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
